Cofounder and CEO

George has over 15 years of experience as a web developer, product manager, business development executive and founder. He was an early employee at TotalNet (acquired by Bell Canada) and Radialpoint, and previously founded Reflexity, a lead generation company, which he grew from 0 to $2 million in revenues in two years, as well as SmartHippo, an award-winning social marketplace for financial products.
He has been a speaker at technology events such as TechCrunch Disrupt, Finovate, the Daily Deal Summit and Blogworld, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and other media and mentors other startups via the FounderFuel accelerator program.

Jean-Sébastien is a software engineer and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience architecturing and building web applications.
He previously was an engineer at White Label Dating, where he was instrumental in re-architecturing the company's email delivery infrastructure that sends millions of emails per day. He also was a cofounder at Swakes, a Facebook application for running viral contests, and Codapay a payment technologies startup that was acquired by PayNearMe.
He holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science from McGill Univeristy where he did research on massively multiplayer games.
Web Designer & Developer

Hamish is a web designer and developer with over 5 years of experience working with various web programming languages and design tools. He eats HTML5 & CSS3 for breakfast, with a side of JavaScript.
In addition to his freelance work he has also worked at Radialpoint where he was responsible for the companies' customer facing website, design for internal communications, and interface design on several key projects, including software that has now become core to Radialpoint's service offering.
Hamish is self taught and can be found poking around on sites such as Dribble, GitHub, and his own website.
Backend Software Engineer

Pol is a young software engineer from Barcelona who came to San Francisco looking for a new great experience in Silicon Valley. He was granted the chance thanks to StepOne and its program "Jovenes con futuro".
He previously worked as a front-end developer at offerslot.com startup. He also bootstrapped his own startup project called menuting.com during his university studies. He likes to feel like learning new things every day.
He holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science from Polytechnic Univeristy of Catalonia.
